William R. Lewis (Bill)

William R. Lewis is a Certified Public Accountant and a Certified Financial Planner practitioner with a Masters Degree in Business Administration Finance. He is a licensed Investment Advisor Representative of Transamerica Financial Advisors, Inc. with over 30 years of experience in tax, financial and investment planning. He is the author of the nationally acclaimed booklet "Money for Your Used Clothing". His booklet has been featured on the front page of the Wall Street Journal, in Kiplingers, Money Magazine, USA Today and the New York Times to name a few. He has been invited to speak at several tax and investment conferences including the National Association of Tax Practitioners.

Bill works with individuals on developing and implementing financial plans that are best suited for his client’s needs. With his background in tax and financial planning, he uses strategies that are geared towards reducing the impact of taxes. William also works with various businesses introducing and implementing retirement plans for their employees.

He is a member of the Nebraska Society of CPAs, American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and National Association of Tax Practitioners.

Connie S. Edmond

Connie S. Edmond has a Bachelors degree in Accounting and Business administration management.

Connie has over 14 years of experience as a tax auditor for the Department of Revenue. She has audited tax programs such as Corporate, Withholding, Sales and Use tax. She has traveled all across the United States analyzing accounting systems and auditing individuals and business including several fortune 500 companies. Connie has audited every industry you can imagine, ranging from retail business, manufacturers, software/ computer companies, advertising firms, and doctor’s offices just to name a few.

Connie’s expertise in the auditing field led her to write and head up a "managed audit program" for the Department of Revenue. With this program Connie met with various businesses and assessed the weaknesses in their tax compliance. She then wrote customized self-audit programs for these businesses. These audit programs were geared to educate and train businesses on record keeping, relevant tax laws, and tax compliance. With the initial success of this program Connie was asked to train field auditors in other offices to be able to conduct these audits.

Connie works with clients on developing internal controls for record keeping systems, operating an efficient business, record keeping procedures, and budget processes.  Connie also consults with various legal and tax professionals in assisting clients with sales/use tax issues including audits, protests, and settlements.  She also consults with clients on taxes.
